Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, much of the workforce had to work from home, and many employees hope to continue to work remotely, on their terms.
Many employers who were at first resistant to telework now see the benefits it can offers (reduced office space, wider recruitment pool, increased productivity in certain sectors, etc.). It goes without saying that, as a result of COVID-19, work for quite a few categories of employees will have to be rethought.
