PCI-Perrault Consulting Inc. (“PCI”), specialists in total compensation, is announcing the departure of André Perrault, who founded PCI in 2001. At the end of the month, the four current partners, Marc Chartrand, Bridgit Courey, Dominic Girard and Dominique Thuot, will continue to lead the organization together. The announcement completes the transformation set in motion by the firm several years ago, which aimed to ensure the group’s development and sustainability by preparing a new generation of talented and energetic leaders.

PCI is proud of the key role André Perrault has played within the compensation community. He has made significant contributions both to the profession and to the organization’s growth, and we thank him for his commitment. He has also left his mark as a lecturer at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés since its founding. [Mr.] Perrault now plans to join boards of directors that may benefit from his wealth of governance experience.

Nearly 20 years after its founding, PCI is now beginning a new chapter of its history. With a team of more than 20 experienced professionals, the firm is ready to build on its accomplishments. It will focus efforts on projects that will bring added value to clients and enable PCI to leverage its already strong reputation by expanding its services and consolidating its presence in a number of growth sectors.
