Subjects:  Surveys and forecasts, Total compensation, Performance and bonus

UPDATE OF THE 2023 SALARY FORECASTS
You have until January 16, 2023, to participate.

This summer, we saw inflation hit record levels and as a result, 2023 salary forecasts were at their highest in the nine years since we first launched this survey.

Does the economic environment impact your compensation decisions for 2023?

Did you take part in the summer 2022 survey? Given the prospect of a recession, are you reconsidering your increases and budgets for 2023? Or on the contrary, are you staying the course in the face of a challenging labour market for your organization? This is a chance to update your data.

If you didn’t take part in the survey last summer, it’s not too late to share your projections. Participants will receive a report of the results free of charge.

Participation deadline: January 16, 2023
Results will be available in late January. Participants receive a free report.

Take the survey

Considering the challenges organizations are currently facing, it’s crucial that they have a clear portrait of market practices and trends in total compensation.

Gallagher, a leading global insurance, risk management and employee benefits company that acquired our firm recently, will soon publish a report on organizational wellbeing. And next month, it will launch a survey on employee benefits. We’ll keep you up to date. If you want to find out more before then, please contact our team.

In the meantime, be proactive and contact us to discuss your specific needs and challenges.

Less than 5 minutes are necessary to complete the survey and the information we ask for should require little research on your part. We encourage you to complete only one survey per organization.

The data collected in this survey is strictly confidential and will be treated with due diligence. Proven methodology. Reliable and relevant data.
