The Programme actions concertées pour le maintien en emploi (PACME) can help you review your compensation strategies with an eye to ensuring continuity in the face of uncertainty and challenges.

This program provides direct financial support for training and implementing best practices in human resource management to optimize your operations. To be eligible for the program, your usual activities must have been impacted in some way by the COVID-19 pandemic, whether by a shutdown, a slowdown, or an increase or diversification in activities.

Our team can also guide you through the application process for the PACME in order to demonstrate the relevance and effectiveness of the services and training you will receive with a view to resuming your business activities.
